Where did the name Fitchi come from?

A combination of the word "Fitness" and my ethnic name, "Chinyerem".

 

Do you sell weights?

We do not currently sell weights, however we are looking to add them in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks!

 

Where are you located/shipping from?

We ship from Seattle, Washington, USA! 

 

I want to add a product suggestion. What do I do?

Yes please do! You can contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at contact@fitchi.co with any suggestions of fitness products or accessories.

 

My fitness kit was missing item(s). What do I do?

Sorry for this mistake! Please email contact@fitchi.co to resolve the problem and have your missing items sent to you!

 

Will my fitness kit have everything in the photos? Can I remove items from the kits? Can I create a custom kit?

Yes, everything in the photo will be included in the fitness kits.

We don't allow removal items for reduced or fractioned prices on our fitness kits. Feel free to shop for individual items on our Fitness Equipment page.

Yes, you can create a custom kit if any of our curated kits aren't suiting your exercise needs.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

(Please note, due to Covid shipping rates may be higher than usual and are calculated by the postal services.)

 

Where do I enter promo codes?

Promo codes can be entered at checkout.

 

 How long is order processing time?

Processing time is 2-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.

 

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Unfortunately for security purposes, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed. 

 

What is your refund policy?

May I cancel my order?

If your item has not already been shipped, you are able to cancel your order. Please contact us at contact@fitchi.co or via our Contact Us page with your order number, for assistance. If your item has already been shipped, your order may not be canceled. Please refer to our refund policy for any further questions.

  

When are the out of stock products restocking?

We restock items regularly. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks! We also announce our restock dates via our Instagram account, @fitchi.co.
